Haaland's Poke Bowl with Salmon

Method

  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions. You can choose any type of rice. Let the rice cool down.
  • Cut the salmon into small cubes.
  • Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chili sauce, then pour over the salmon cubes.
  • Cut mango, sugar snap peas, and cucumber into cubes, and slice the avocado. 
  • Prepare the pomegranate and remove the seeds.
  • Place the rice at the bottom of a bowl. Top with vegetables and salmon. Finally, add cilantro and a little lime juice. 
  • Serve with a lime wedge and soy sauce on the side.

Tip:Poke bowls are an excellent way to use up vegetables you have leftover in the fridge. Here, you can create your own variation with your favorite vegetables!
