Salted Cod Wrap

Method

  • Cut the salted cod into strips.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic, and sauté in olive oil until the onion is translucent.
  • Add the salted cod, sprinkle with a little pepper, and sauté until the liquid has evaporated.
  • Shred the lettuce, and slice the bell peppers into strips and cherry tomatoes into rounds.
  • Spread cream cheese on the tortillas and add lettuce and vegetables.
  • Place the salted cod mixture over the vegetables.
  • Fold together and serve.
