King Crab with Lime and Chili

Method

  • First, cut the king crab legs into 5 cm long pieces, then cut them lengthwise.
  • Finely chop the chili, garlic, and ginger.
  • Heat some rapeseed oil in a frying pan, add the king crab with the meat side down, along with the chili, garlic, and ginger, and fry for about 30 seconds while stirring.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce, then bring to a boil.
  • Squeeze lime juice over the sauce and taste to adjust the seasoning.
  • Serve garnished with chopped cilantro.

Tip:If you're using cooked king crab, simply toss it quickly in the chili mixture.
