Crab Claws with Spaghetti

Ingredients

Method

  • Gently crack the crab claws.
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, but reduce the cooking time by a couple of minutes.
  • Finely chop garlic and shallots, and sauté in a frying pan with butter.
  • Add fish stock and white wine, and let it simmer until reduced by half.
  • Season the sauce with lime juice and a bit of pepper.
  • Drain the spaghetti, add it to the sauce, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Gently fold the crab claws into the spaghetti and heat carefully.
  • Serve the spaghetti with chopped parsley sprinkled on top.

Tip:It might be helpful to have seafood utensils available.
