Baked Salmon and Cod

This is a simple dinner recipe for when time is limited. You place a vegetable medley and fish in a baking dish. Done, ready, bake in the oven – and dinner can be served. All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Ingredients

Servings

300 g salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
300 g cod fillet, skinless and boneless
400 g vegetable mix
400 g French Fries
3 dl sweet and sour sauce

Serve with

salt and pepper

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cut the fish fillets into evenly-sized pieces.
Place the vegetables and French fries in a greased ovenproof dish and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Put the fish over the vegetables and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Bake until the fish, vegetables, and French fries are cooked through, approximately 15 minutes.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped chives if you have any.

Tip:If you prefer crunchier French fries, you can bake them separately according to the instructions on the package.
