Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cut the herring into smaller pieces.
Squeeze the juice of a lemon.
Mix together lemon juice, parsley, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Add the herring to the marinade and let it sit while you prepare the pizza topping.
Finely chop garlic, divide broccoli into small florets, cut potatoes into small cubes, slice mozzarella, and halve cherry tomatoes.
Place broccoli and potatoes on a baking sheet, sprinkle with garlic pieces and olive oil, and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Increase the oven temperature to 250°C.
Roll out the pizza dough and cover it with a light layer of mozzarella.
Distribute broccoli and potatoes over the pizza, and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the pizza from the oven and top with herring, cherry tomatoes, and arugula salad.
Serve the pizza with a sprinkle of parmesan and olive oil.
