Ingredients

Method

  • Clean the fermented fish and slice it into thin pieces.
  • Finely chop the red onion.
  • Mix mustard and sour cream, and spread the mixture on the potato flatbreads.
  • Sprinkle with finely chopped red onion, add the fermented fish, and roll up.
  • Cut the rolls into appropriate bites and secure with toothpicks.
  • Place the pieces on a plate and serve.

Tip:Red onion can be replaced with normal onion or leek.
