Prawn Burger

Give the fish burger a new twist with prawns instead of fish. In this recipe, you'll also find a dressing that pairs perfectly. All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Method

  • Chop the prawns.
  • Mix breadcrumbs, crème fraîche, and water, and let it soak for a little while.
  • Finely chop the onion, and mix it with the prawns, eggs, a little salt, and pepper.
  • Combine the two mixtures and shape into one burger per serving.
  • Fry each burger in butter for about 2 minutes on each side. Turn them carefully so they don’t fall apart.

Dressing

  • Finely chop the garlic and dill, and squeeze the juice and grate the lemon zest.
  • Mix all the dressing ingredients and season with sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve the prawn burger in a burger bun with dressing, lettuce, cucumber, and red onion.
