Herring and Chips

This is a new variation of fish and chips. A little tip is to serve the herring salad and chips in a burger bun, with your preferred dip on the side. All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Method

  • Finely chop the herring.
  • Mix Dijon mustard with mayonnaise, crème fraîche, and stir in the herring pieces.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the herring salad with French fries, topped with pickled red onion. Have sriracha chili sauce, ketchup, and mustard on the side.

Tip:Feel free to add some chopped herbs to the herring salad if desired.
