Herring Salad with Herbs

  • Rinse the herring fillets, dry them thoroughly, and cut into small cubes.
  • Slice the celery into thin strips and dice the bell peppers, then mix with the herring cubes.

  • Toss the herring and vegetables into the dressing.
  • Taste with a touch of salt and pepper.
  • Serve the salad garnished with sprouts.
