Crispy Pollock Wrap with Cornflakes

Method

  • Cut the pollock into small pieces.
  • Mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Beat the eggs in another bowl, and place crushed cornflakes in a third bowl.
  • Dip the fish pieces first in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally in the crushed cornflakes.
  • Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 12 minutes.
  • Fill a tortilla with the toppings and fish, and enjoy a delicious taco dinner that’s perfect for both weekdays and weekends.
