Grilled Salmon with Bulgur Salad

Bulgur Salad

Method

  • Slice the salmon into approximately 1 cm thick pieces and fry on one side in a hot skillet for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bring water with salt to a boil, add the bulgur, and let it simmer covered for 15 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally, then let it cool once cooked.
  • Cut the tomatoes into wedges, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh.
  • Dice the cucumber, roughly chop the red onion, and finely chop the garlic and parsley.
  • Combine all ingredients for the salad.
  • Serve the salmon with the bulgur salad.
