Fried hake with warm winter salad

Ingredients

Winter Salad

Method

  • Cook the fish fillets in a hot skillet with a little melted margarine until golden brown.
  • Cook the bulgur according to the package instructions.
  • Peel the carrots and cut into cubes, peel the oranges and slice thinly.
  • Chop the almonds, red onion, and herbs. Mix everything together with the bulgur and transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Season with lemon juice and fold in pomegranate seeds. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.

TipsFeel free to add a handful of finely chopped fresh mint.
