Use pre-battered cod or make your own with these simple steps.
Cut the cod into large cubes and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
Dip the cod pieces first into the mayonnaise mixture, then into the panko breadcrumb mixture. Ensure the pieces are well coated with panko for a truly crispy finish.
Cook the breaded cod pieces in the airfryer for 4-5 minutes at 180°C. You may need to adjust the time slightly, as cooking times can vary between different airfryer models.
While the fish is cooking, prepare the herb dressing. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, and finely chopped garlic in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
