  • Cut the salmon fillet into cubes.
  • Coarsely chop cilantro and squeeze lime juice.
  • Mix together cilantro, lime juice, sriracha chili sauce, and olive oil, then fold it into the salmon cubes.

  • Finely dice shallots, chili, and cilantro, and cut tomatoes into cubes.
  • Mix well and season with salt.

Side Dishes

  • Cut iceberg lettuce into strips and avocado into cubes.
  • Place the salad at the bottom of the bowls and top with avocado, corn, salmon, salsa, and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
