  • Set the oven to 200 °C.
  • Cut the cod fillet into serving pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  • Finely chop shallots and slice the leek thinly.
  • Place the cod pieces in a greased ovenproof dish, and sprinkle with shallots and leek.
  • Heat the water, dissolve the fish stock cube, and mix it with sour cream and heavy cream.
  • Stir finely chopped dill into the sauce and pour it over the fish.
  • Bake in the oven until the cod is cooked through, approximately 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle shrimp over the dish when it comes out of the oven. Serve with potatoes.

Tip:Heavy cream and crème fraîche are more heat-stable than cooking cream and sour cream but also add more fat to the dish. Feel free to choose according to preference.
