Cod Under a Blanket

Ingredients

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Divide cauliflower and broccoli into smaller florets. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Let the cauliflower and broccoli cook together with the macaroni for the last two minutes. Drain the water and transfer everything to a greased ovenproof dish.
  • Cut the fish into 4 cm cubes and place the pieces on top of the vegetables in the dish. Fold in the leek.
  • Mix crème fraîche with pesto, salt, and pepper, and pour it over the fish and vegetables. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
