Grilled Salmon Wrap

A simple way to serve grilled salmon is in a tortilla wrap. In this recipe, you'll also find homemade guacamole, cucumber, and bell peppers alongside the salmon. All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Method

  • Preheat the grill. Slice the salmon fillet into long, even pieces.
  • Fold a sheet of aluminum foil in half and brush it with rapeseed oil.
  • Season the salmon with a little salt and pepper, then place it on aluminum foil.
  • Place the foil on the grill and cook the salmon for about 1 minute, turn it over and cook for another minute on the other side.

Guacamole

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  • Squeeze the juice of the lime. Cut the chili lengthwise, remove the membranes and seeds, and finely chop.
  • Mash the avocado flesh with a fork and mix in the lime juice, chili, taco seasoning, and salt.

Side Dishes

  • Cut the cucumber and bell peppers into long, thin strips.
  • Spread guacamole along the center of each tortilla wrap and add strips of cucumber, bell peppers, and salmon.
  • Fold and roll up, then serve.
