Asian-style trout with wok vegetables

  • Preheat the oven to 130°C (265°F).
  • Cut the trout into serving pieces and place them in an aluminum baking dish.
  • Brush the pieces with sunflower oil, then sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Finely chop the garlic, and cut the carrot, spring onion, onion, and snap peas into thin strips.
  • Sauté the vegetables over high heat in sunflower oil for a couple of minutes, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Pour soy sauce and lime juice over the vegetables, heat through, and serve.
  • Serve the trout with wok vegetables, bulgur rice, coarsely chopped coriander, and lime.
