Avocado and Shrimp Salad

Method

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  • Cut the avocado into cubes, and slice the celery and cucumber.
  • Peel the orange and cut the flesh into cubes.
  • Tear the lettuce and mix together with shrimp, avocado, celery sticks, cucumber, and orange.
  • Toss the salad in olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Dressing

  • Mix together sour cream, chopped dill, and lemon juice.
  • Season with horseradish.
  • Serve the salad with the dressing and bread on the side.

Tip:If you can't find horseradish in a tube, you can use grated horseradish.
