Cod Burger

This is a genuine fish burger with cod. The root vegetables make the dish extra delicious and healthy. A burger that is sure to please both young and old. All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Method

  • Set the oven to 200 °C.
  • Cut the cod into serving pieces and fry in butter for about 3–4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the potatoes and root vegetables into sticks.
  • Place the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with rapeseed oil, and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
  • Roast the vegetables in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  • Mix the ingredients for the curry mayonnaise.
  • Slice the onion and tomato.
  • Warm the burger buns in the oven.
  • Place lettuce at the bottom of the bun, then add a piece of cod along with onions and tomatoes.
  • Cover with the top of the bun.
  • Serve the burger together with the root vegetables and curry mayonnaise.
