  • Preheat the oven to 185°C.
  • Place the sauce in an ovenproof dish and add sliced bell peppers and chopped chili. You can use ready-made sauces from the store (tikka or korma), or make a simple red curry sauce.
  • Add cod or salmon cut into appropriate pieces, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Raita

  • Grate the cucumber on a grater.
  • Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.

  • Finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté them in a little oil in a pan.
  • Add curry paste and tomato paste, and cook further.
