Fish Tacos with Seaweed

  • Cut the fish into 1 cm thick cubes. Season each side with seaweed and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Dice the avocado and thinly slice the radish.
  • Heat the skillet to a high temperature. Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds on each side.
  • Reduce the heat and add oil. Cook the fish for one minute on each side, then set aside and squeeze lime juice over it.
  • Assemble the tacos to your liking. Feel free to start with the fish before adding the vegetables, radish, cilantro, and pomegranate seeds.
  • Serve with lime wedges.
