Salmon Bowl prepared in air fryer

A delicious salmon bowl with rice, avocado, edamame, spring onion, cucumber topped with lime juice and sriracha. The salmon pieces become extra juicy and crispy when cooked in the air fryer — so simple, so delicious! All our recipes are sourced fromgodfisk.no

Method

  • Grate ginger and garlic and mix with sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and white wine vinegar.
  • Cut the salmon into appropriately sized cubes and gently toss with the marinade. Refrigerate for about 20-30 minutes.
  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions. While the rice is cooking, brush the air fryer basket with oil and place the salmon pieces inside with some space between them. Cook for 6-8 minutes at 200°C, turning halfway through. Do this in batches if needed.
  • Remove once golden and crispy, transfer to a large bowl, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil, add the edamame beans, and let them cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Slice spring onion, cucumber, and avocado.
  • Mix sriracha and mayonnaise together.
  • Arrange serving bowls with rice, salmon, edamame, spring onion, avocado, and cucumber. Squeeze over lime and top with sriracha mayo.
