Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Cut the ling into individual portions and roll them in cheese.
  • Place the ling in a greased ovenproof dish with olive oil.

Tomato Sauce

  • Finely chop the garlic.
  • Cook canned tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil until it becomes a rich sauce, then stir in salt and pepper.
  • Pour the tomato sauce over the fish and top with grated cheese and dollops of butter.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Serve the ling in tomato sauce with boiled potatoes.

Tip:To refresh the dish, you can also serve a green salad on the side.
