Oven-Baked Salmon with Tapenade and Pasta

Tapenade is a purée made from olives, capers, and anchovies. Spread tapenade over the salmon to elevate your salmon meal! All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Cut the salmon into portions and season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish greased with olive oil.
  • Cook whole grain pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and distribute the tapenade on top.
  • Bake the salmon in the oven for 13-15 minutes.
  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half and fold into the cooked pasta with arugula salad and chopped basil.
  • Serve the oven-baked salmon with the pasta.

Tip:You can purchase tapenade at selected grocery stores, or make it yourself.
