Crab Salad

This is a salad for those who love to indulge on autumn evenings. The salad also makes a great appetizer, a cold buffet dish, or a light lunch. All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Ingredients

500 g crab claws
8 pcs cherry tomato
1 pcs bell pepper, yellow
10 pcs snow peas
1 pcs Red onion
100 g arugula salad
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
sea salt

Serve with

bread

Method

Remove the crab meat from the claws.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half, slice peppers and sugar snap peas into strips, and roughly chop red onion.
Mix the crab meat with the vegetables, arugula, and olive oil, and season with sea salt.
Serve the salad with bread on the side.
