Salad with Salmon, Feta Cheese, and Pomegranate

  • Cut the salmon into individual portions.
  • Mix together salt and sugar, sprinkle a thin layer on both sides of the fish, and let sit on the counter for 10 minutes.
  • Wash and dry the salad greens, and cut the apple into wedges.
  • Slice the red onion thinly and remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
  • Brush the salmon with oil and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side over a hot grill.
  • Season the fish with a little pepper.
  • Place the salad on a serving platter and top with apple, red onion, pomegranate seeds, and feta cheese.
  • Drizzle olive oil, flaky salt, and pepper over the salad, then place the salmon pieces on top.
  • Serve the salad with bread on the side.
