Method

  • First, cut a uniform piece from the fish fillet, and slice it into 2-3 mm thin slices. Slice the fillet at an angle, always against the grain of the fish meat.
  • Squeeze the juice of lime into the soy sauce and stir in sesame oil.
  • Finely chop onion, pickles, celery stalks, and capers.
  • Mix the ingredients for the dressing and let it sit in the refrigerator for a bit.
  • Serve sashimi with lime soy sauce, sashimi dressing, and thin strips of daikon radish and carrot.
