  • Cut the halibut into portion pieces.

  • Bring the marinade to a boil in a deep frying pan, add the fish pieces, and let them simmer under a lid until cooked, about 7-8 minutes.

  • Add water, butter, and salt to a saucepan, and steam the vegetables under a lid until just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
