  • Set the oven to 200 °C.
  • Cut the fish into approximately 2 cm cubes.
  • Wash and clean the carrots, broccoli, and snow peas, then cut them into thin slices or strips.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Brush the aluminum foil with oil.
  • Place a selection of vegetables on the foil.
  • Place the fish cubes over the vegetables and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Fold the foil together and place the parcels on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the parcels in the middle of the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  • Open and check that the fish is cooked through.
  • Feel free to add some sour cream or ready-made sauce and a few drops of squeezed lemon into the foil before baking or serving.
