Snow Crab Natural with Tomato Salsa

800 g cooked snow crab legs

tomato salsa

25 pcs cherry tomato
2 pcs Red onion
2 tbsp chives, fresh
0.5 pcs lemon
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Method

Break the snow crab legs into joint sections, then cut each piece in half lengthwise to expose the meat. Use a sharp knife with some weight or a sharp pair of scissors.

Slice cherry tomatoes into wedges, finely chop red onion and chives, and squeeze the lemon juice.
Sauté cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chives in rapeseed oil for a couple of minutes.
Blend until smooth using a blender or immersion mixer.
Add lemon juice and olive oil, and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve snow crab with tomato salsa and bread.

Tip:Use a small knife or your fingers to extract the crab meat from the shells.
