Sardine Wraps

A wrap is easy to make and convenient to take on the go. They can come in many variations, both hot and cold. Here is a cold version with sardines, salad, and sour cream. All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Ingredients

Servings

2 can canned sardines, in oil
1 pcs Red onion
1 pcs bell pepper
1 pcs Cucumber
1 pcs Iceberg Lettuce
1 pot/container fresh coriander
8 pcs Tortilla Shells
4 tbsp sour cream

Method

Remove sardines from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
Dice red onion, bell pepper, and cucumber, and chop the lettuce.
Finely chop coriander.
Distribute sardines and vegetables over the tortilla wraps.
Sprinkle with coriander, drizzle with sour cream, and roll up.
Cut each wrap in half and serve.
