King Crab Vietnamese Style

Method

  • Cut the king crab into large pieces.
  • Sauté garlic, chili, and ginger on high heat in cooking oil for about 1 minute.
  • Add the king crab and cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
  • Add ketjap manis and squeeze lime over the dish.
  • Bring the dish to a gentle boil before garnishing with freshly chopped spring onions and coriander.
  • Feel free to add some extra pieces of fresh lime.

Chef's notes:If using raw king crab, the cooking time must be doubled.
