  • Place the salmon pieces in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with lime zest and tandoori masala, and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Tomato Salad

  • Peel the cucumber.
  • Cut the cucumber and tomato into cubes, and the red onion into strips.
  • Mix all the salad ingredients together.

Tzatziki

  • Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and grate it coarse.
  • Sprinkle a little salt over the cucumber and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Squeeze out the excess liquid from the cucumber.
  • Finely chop the garlic and cilantro, and combine all ingredients for the tzatziki.
  • Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the salmon with tomato salad and cilantro tzatziki.
