  • First coat the fish strips in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg whites, and finally coat in the crushed crispbread.
  • Cook the breaded fish strips in melted margarine in a hot frying pan until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the cooked fish fingers onto paper towels.

  • Finely chop anchovies, capers, and pickles, and mix well with mayonnaise and crème fraîche.
