Marinated Salmon in Tortilla

Method

  • Set the oven to 200 °C.
  • Cut the salmon into cubes approximately 3 cm in size.
  • Shred the lettuce and chop the tomato into small pieces.

Marinade

  • Mix together cumin, pressed garlic, olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, and lime juice.
  • Place the salmon cubes in an ovenproof dish and pour the marinade over.
  • Put the dish in the refrigerator and let the salmon marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with a little salt and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes.

Side Dishes

  • Mix sour cream with lime juice.
  • Warm the tortilla according to the package instructions.
  • Place salmon, salad, and tomato in the tortilla, and serve with lime sour cream, guacamole, and black beans on the side.
