  • Cut the salmon into cubes and halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  • Sear the salmon cubes in butter and olive oil, then add the cherry tomatoes.
  • Mix crème fraîche with pesto, then fold into the pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the salmon and cherry tomatoes to the pasta just before serving.
  • Serve topped with pine nuts, Parmesan, and finely chopped basil.

Tip:Feel free to substitute crème fraîche with cottage cheese for lower fat content and higher protein.
