Pasta Salad with Fish Cake

Fish cakes work well in many different dishes and with a variety of sides. Pasta salad with fish cake is a simple and quick everyday meal the whole family likes. You can also use a fish burger and whatever vegetables you have on hand. All our recipes are taken from godfisk.no

  • Cut the fish cakes into cubes.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, rinse with cold water, and let it drain thoroughly.
  • Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters, sugar snap peas in half, and sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Place the pasta in a bowl together with the fish cake cubes, the vegetables and a few olives (optional).
  • Mix olive oil and lemon juice and pour over the salad. Gently toss so the dressing is distributed through the salad, and season with pepper. Sprinkle basil on top and serve!

Tip:Put pasta salad in a lunchbox and take it to school or work. A simple, quick lunch that’s satisfying. A little chopped feta cheese is also delicious as a topping and can replace the dressing.
