Pulled salmon tacos in Little Gem lettuce

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Place the salmon fillet in aluminum foil.
  • Finely chop chili and grate lime zest.
  • Mix chili, lime zest, soy sauce, acacia honey, and rapeseed oil.
  • Marinate the salmon in the mixture and fold the aluminum foil closed again.
  • Bake the salmon in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Let the salmon rest for a bit before flaking it with a fork.

Salsa

  • Finely chop red onion, chili, and cilantro, and squeeze the lime juice.
  • Cut mango, tomato, and avocado into cubes.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Serve the salmon and salsa in whole leaves of Little Gem lettuce with sour cream.

Tip:Feel free to let the salmon marinate for a while beforehand to enhance the flavor.
