Prawn Sandwich with Avocado and Basil

Prawns are just as good cold on bread for lunch as in hot dishes. Here we’ve kept it simple — served on toasted garlic bread with avocado. All of our recipes are sourced fromgodfisk.no

Ingredients

Method

  • Clean the prawns, toast the bread, and cut the garlic in half.
  • Rub the cut side of the garlic on both sides of the bread.
  • Dice the avocado and mix with the prawns.
  • Place the prawns and avocado on the bread, and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Serve the prawn sandwich with basil sprinkled on top.
