Salad with Flaked Cod, Bacon, and Beans

  • Break the fish into smaller pieces and cook in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes.
  • Cook the bacon slices until crispy and golden in a dry frying pan.
  • Wash the lettuce and dry it thoroughly.
  • Cut cucumber into thin sticks and radish into thin slices.
  • Rinse the kidney beans in cold water and let them drain well.
  • Mix all the vegetables in a salad bowl or distribute them on plates.
  • Flake the fish and add it to the salad along with the bacon, then drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with a bit of flaked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Serve with focaccia.
