Sashimi with soy dressing

Simplicity is often the best, and you'll see that in this recipe. Here, you slice raw salmon and serve it with a homemade soy dressing on the side. All our recipes are sourced fromgodfisk.no

Ingredients

Servings

250 g salmon fillet, skinless and boneless

Dressing

1 clove garlic
2 cm fresh ginger
0.25 pcs red chili
1 twig fresh coriander
1 pcs lime
1 dl soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil

Method

Slice the salmon into thin strips.
Finely chop garlic, ginger, chili, and cilantro.
Squeeze the lime juice and combine it in a bowl with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Mix garlic, ginger, chili, and cilantro into the sauce.
Serve the sashimi slices with the soy dressing in a bowl on the side.

Tip:This soy dressing can also be used as a side for nigiri and maki sushi.
