Halibut with Creamy Pumpkin Purée

Ingredients

Cut the pumpkin, potato, carrot, and leek into small pieces.
Add olive oil and the chopped vegetables into a pot.
When the vegetables have warmed up a bit, add water and cook until the pieces are tender.
Drain the water and mash the vegetables into a thick cream, then add the cream cheese.
Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Season the cod fillets with a little salt and pepper. If you like, you can cut the fish into serving portions. Prepare the cod fillets on a grill or in a frying pan.
Place the pumpkin puree at the bottom of a plate or serving dish.Arrange the cooked cod fillets on top and garnish with choppedchives and freshly ground pepper.
