  • Cut the salmon and cod fillets into approx. 3 cm cubes.
  • Dice potatoes, carrots, leek, and bell pepper into small cubes.
  • Finely chop the garlic and mix with oil.
  • Sauté the vegetable cubes in the oil mixture in a saucepan.
  • Chop the canned tomatoes, mix with a stock cube, and add together with the vegetables.
  • Pour in water, bring to a boil, and dilute with cooking cream.

  • Let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • Add the fish and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Add mussels in the last 5 minutes of boiling.
