  • Cut the salmon into serving pieces.
  • Finely chop ginger and garlic, and mix with garam masala, cumin, cayenne pepper, and yogurt.

  • Pat off excess marinade with paper towels and grill the salmon pieces for about 3 minutes on each side.

Naan Bread

  • Place the breads on a hot grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.

  • Peel the cucumber and grate it coarsely on a grater.
  • Let it sit for a bit and drain the excess liquid from the cucumber.
  • Finely chop garlic and coriander, and mix with cucumber, yogurt, and cumin.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
