  • Divide the fish fillet into pieces and place them in a food processor.

  • Add cold milk in a steady stream while the machine runs.
  • Add potato starch and pepper, and any other spices desired.
  • Form a small test patty, fry it, and taste to see if it’s seasoned to your liking.
  • Shape large flat patties and fry them in melted margarine, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

  • Wash, prepare, and grate the cabbage and carrot.
