Salmon Strindberg

Method

  • Set the oven to 200 °C.
  • Cut the salmon into portions and place in a greased, ovenproof dish.
  • Finely chop the onion and mix with mustard, egg yolk, and cornstarch.
  • Spread the mustard mixture over the salmon and bake in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes.

Vinaigrette

  • Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and water.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, and cooked broccoli.

Tip:You can also place vinaigrette in the dish with the salmon before baking.
