Baked Salmon with Mushrooms

Baking salmon with vegetables in the oven makes for a quick and flavorful dinner. For this recipe, you can also use fillets from other fish, such as trout, cod, or halibut. All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Cut the salmon into approximately 3 cm wide pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  • Slice celery stalks, mushrooms, and lemon.
  • Place the celery and mushrooms in a greased ovenproof dish, drizzle with olive oil, and add lemon slices on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with a little salt and olives, and mix everything well.
  • Place the salmon pieces over the vegetables, drizzle with a little olive oil, and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes.

Tip:If you are using frozen fish, add it to the dish when the vegetables have baked for only 5 minutes.
