Method

  • Cut the fish into serving pieces and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
  • Cook the Pollock for about 1 minute on each side until it turns golden.
  • Remove it and keep warm.
  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets and roughly chop the hazelnuts.
  • Sauté the cauliflower in olive oil until it develops a nice color.
  • Add the hazelnuts, crème fraîche, and spinach, and heat through.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Return the fish to the pan and serve with boiled potatoes on the side.
